Product Information

 

All Big Top Toy, Inc. equipment is made of steel, which is powder coated to make the paint more durable for everyday play, and some are constructed with weather-resistant fiberglass.  We design all our toys to provide years of safe, entertaining, and educational play for our littlest clients.

 

Although most items come fully assembled, some toys may require installation with stakes or securing the base in concrete to provide the optimum safe environment.  We recommend that Large play structures be installed by professionals. Always practice safety first when installing any playground equipment. DO NOT install any playground equipment over paved surfaces such as concrete or asphalt. The complete area, including the space under and around all playground equipment, must be covered with an impact-absorbing material. For guidelines and recommendations on the type and depth of surfacing material, consult the 2005 Handbook for Public Playground Safety published by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Office of Information and Public Affairs, Washington D.C. 20207.

 

All of our playground equipment is suitable for young children, however adult supervision is required.

 

Warranty Information

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty on all steel support posts and aluminum clamps and Limited 15 year warranty on main support materials and decks on all large structures  Limited 10-year warranty on all plastic components. Limited      3-year warranty on all Fun Center polyethylene and plastic components.  Limited 1-year warranty on all other products not listed above.  Warranties apply to structural failure caused by defective materials or defective workmanship.  Damage from vandalism, incorrect installation, abnormal use, severe weather or fading of colors is not covered by the warranty nor does it cover the cost of freight or labor for removal and installation of repaired or replacement parts.
